Welcome to The Pandemic Pack, a unique coalition of Wellington’s finest hospitality ventures. Born out of necessity in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are a group of passionate owner-operators who banded together to navigate the unprecedented challenges brought by the global crisis.
Our Mission
Our mission is simple: to sustain the heart and soul of Wellington’s local hospitality industry through collaborative effort and community support. When the COVID-19 alert levels forced our doors to close, we didn’t see an end—we saw an opportunity to come together and innovate.
What We Do
During the peak of the pandemic, we launched the Pandemic Pack Delivery service, which enabled us to continue serving our community despite the strict lockdowns. Our service provided a collective delivery offering from your favorite local cafes, restaurants, and bakeries, straight to your doorstep.
The Cookbook Initiative
Amid the lockdown, we also penned a collaborative cookbook, an endeavor that allowed us to share our love for culinary arts with people confined at home. This cookbook is more than just a collection of recipes—it’s a testament to our resilience and commitment to the community. All proceeds from the cookbook continue to be donated to local charities, supporting those who need it most.
